Whip-Kick Throttle is a Galoob action figure from the Biker Mice from Mars line, part of the Sport’s Bro’s wave. It's considered one of the rarest Biker Mice From Mars figure and not much is known of it.
The figure is about 6 inches tall. Accessories include a ball and a net. There is no known item number, and it does not appear on the back of other Galoob cards or boxes. Reliable carded photos are not documented; loose examples almost never turn up.
A possible regional release, especially in Scandinavia, is often mentioned, but has not been officially confirmed. That combination, few loose pieces, no known blister, leaves some doubt about how widely it was ever sold.
Two cut-outs of cards that are normally on the back of the carded figure have been found written in French and English.
