Working in his lab at the X-Men's base, Beast is startled by Colossus who stumbles in and tells the mutant genius of his battle with the recently returned Apocalypse. As he recovers, Colossus tells Beast of the evil mutant's mysterious new powers. Knowing that it is best to fight combustion with combustion, Beast creates a new armory of transforming weapons to take on the evil mutant's new abilities. Armed as never before, the two X-Men know it is up to them to stop Apocalypse's mad schemes!
